As part of our community focus value, we believe that giving back to the community through corporate philanthropy has been a vital component of our success.

For 2018, EZ Workforce continues to to focus its efforts towards pediatric healthcare initiatives in Manitoba. It is a cause that we are extremely passionate about and proudly look to support through financial contributions, volunteerism, raising awareness through our social media platforms and event sponsorship.

We have all been touched by the joys of a child as a parent, uncle, aunt, cousin or friend. There are few things more devastating than that of a sick child; not only does it affect the immediate family on a deep emotional, physical and financial level, but as well, the effects reach deep into the surrounding community of friends, neighbours, co-workers, etc.

It is our goal to engage our clients, employees and vendors as part of a collaborative approach to having a sustainable positive impact by supporting research, raising awareness and improving young lives as a result.
